Position: Program Coordinator
Salary: $40,000 Annual, plus Benefits
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education
- Two years of experience in a licensed facility with Early Childhood Education (ECE) classroom experience
- Evidence of leadership/management in previous employment
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral communication
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee educational programs in our Learning Academy
- Support curriculum implementation and ensure its alignment with educational standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and evaluation of educational programs
