Electrician Helper

We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in the electrical field. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in various electrical tasks.

Duties

- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures

- Learn to interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams

- Gain experience in using tools such as voltmeters and other testing equipment

- Support senior electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues

- Work on construction sites to assist with electrical installations

- Develop skills in low voltage and high voltage electrical work

Requirements

- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints

- Interest in the construction industry and working on job sites

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced electricians

- Previous experience or coursework related to electrical work is a plus

- Exposure to frame carpentry or commercial electrician work is beneficial

- Clean and valid drivers license.

- minimum 1 year electrical experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
