Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. This role involves educating young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
• Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special education needs or different learning styles.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the children's development.
• Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants and toddlers

Experience

• Proven experience working with toddler-aged children in a classroom setting or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques is essential.
• Previous experience in infant/toddler care can be beneficial for understanding the needs of young children.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus for supporting diverse learners.
• Strong classroom management skills are necessary to maintain an effective learning environment.
