Water Restoration/Fire Technician and Crew Chiefs

Position Overview:
As a Water Restoration Technician, you will be on the front line helping customers recover from water damage events such as floods, leaks, and storms. This role is hands-on, physically active, and ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to water damage emergencies
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Set up, monitor, and maintain restoration equipment
• Inspect and document job sites, including photos and notes
• Follow IICRC and SERVPRO® restoration standards
• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous restoration, construction, or related experience preferred (but not required – we will train the right candidate)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand, bend, and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, crawl spaces, attics)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• IICRC certifications a plus (not required)
