Full-time House Staff

Summary: Flexibility is required as the position includes evenings, overnights, and every other weekend. The schedule is 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on and then repeats itself. House of Hope is a Christian therapeutic home, school, and counseling center. Being a House Staff is an opportunity to offer hope to teen girls who are having behavioral health challenges in a structured and safe environment. As a House Staff you will operate as a mentor in teaching valuable life skills and be responsible for running the home schedule while keeping up to 8 girls organized and on task.

Essential Functions:

-Meal Preparation

-Medication Administration

-Supervision of youth

-Mentorship

-Activity Planning

Qualifications:

-Must exemplify Christian values and lifestyle

-Highly organized

-Excellent communication skills

-Confident

-Excellent time management

-Ability to maintain appropriate

-Must be at least 21 years of age

-Undergraduate degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred

-High School Diploma required

-Valid & clean NC License required

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening

Salary: $38,000 - $40,000 based on education and experience
